[1.6] automatic talent use stopped work

automatic talent use stopped working in mid game. no options working.
the game has no problem to use it on new game.
this bug seems to happen on mid game (especially around 25lvl)

I experienced this bug with many addons few days ago, so I did a official addon only run to clarify, and It happens again.
