this does not appear to add the Wil modifier to Venomous Breath, Maggot Breath and Necrotic Breath (judging from the talent description)

Venomous Breath get buffed from Chromatic Fury.
Maggot Breath and Necrotic Breath haven't , because they are DLC classes.
They will get this buff at the next DLC update.
