[1.6.0b1]APE as valid drop from random Rare

Just had the APE drop from a randomly generated (chest guardian) Rare in Kol'Pur, without knowing tinkers I know have an active APE in my inventory.

Fixed (wont be in the next betas as it's an embers-side change)
