Vor Pride boss not spawned

Vor Pride boss not spawned
I searched every inch of Vor Pride 3 multiple times with track (and the other levels) and he is not there. Is this something a dev could fix if they were on? Or is this something that would require me to patch in the Missing Bosses mod into the save files to fix?
