Hey, has anyone tested to see if Blighted Summoning has any effect on the Demented summons? The prodigy description hasn't been changed, so I assume it doesn't affect the demented, but I think it's weird. Why would a golem be affected by Blighted Summoning, but not a Worm that Walks.
What do you guys think?
Blighted Summoning for demented?

Re: Blighted Summoning for demented?
The devs like to pretend it doesn't exist because its tooltip is an abomination and making it useful for both magic and mind classes is a nightmare to figure out. It's a shame because it'd be really neat with both Demented classes.
My wiki page, which contains a guide and resource compilation and class tier list.
Re: Blighted Summoning for demented?
Looking through the source files, no reference to blighted summoning in cults, and no reference to cults in blighted summoning, so seems to be a no.

Re: Blighted Summoning for demented?
From what I'm hearing the new Blighted Summoning is good for it now, and the class may be the best user for it. Your pet gets a spellpower boost, some extra points in the disease, and the ability to always be applying it with melee damage no matter what weapon or sustain you have. That's not much. But if you're big into your decayed horrors, now they can all apply disease too. Among other things is a much better situation for racking up big Dissolved Face damage as every summon you have can now rack up bonus along with your Diseased Tongue.

I believe that the tentacle tool may be pretty good on your WtW, as is the mirror image rune. A minion to spawn your minions
Not sure about eggsack. But very much worth a try.
PS: Flexible combat works with WO... as in, it work with all tentacle attacks... including the 10% damage tentacle attacks, which then do proper unarmed combat hits for hundreds of damage. I know, right?^^
