Is Retch considered regeneration for the purposes of Arcane Shield? I was pretty certain it's a direct heal

I don’t know, but I know there are a bunch of direct heal effects that don’t trigger it regardless (Suffuse Life, Ruin). I think there might (?) also be a minimum heal size for it to take effect?
