So, I was in the Sher'Tul fortress, when I saw a Dreaming horror, which sent me to some dream-level. Before I was sent there, I was wearing a displacement shield. Then my projections started to appear, all wearing displacement shields. Then something was wrong with the health bar of the dreaming horror inside the dream-level - at some points, it showed that it had almost no health (health bar low in the red zone), but if I looked in the actual info about the horror (by dragging my mouse over it) it showed that it had above 80% of health. Then after one of the turns, I received a death message (though I had plenty projections by the time) and then immediately an error message. Also, the dreaming horror had some parameter written in white next to the health parameter (again, in the pop-up appearing when I drag my mouse over it), and it probably didn't work well with my displacement shield, though that's just my guess. Also, I was wearing the ring which splits all your damage into 4 types of elemental damage, though that's probably not important.
