No, not every skill should have it's 1x/turn restriction removed. However, I feel that in a lot of cases this restriction severely limits player creativity, rather than resemble some form of balance (and let's be honest, balance doesn't even remotely exist right now anyways).
Here's a list of all skills I feel should have this limitation removed (though I might have missed one or two):
- Blood Splash
- Negative Biofeedback
- Corruption of the Doomed
- (Evasive Shots)
- Tempo (w/o the additional turn gain)
- Shattering Impact
- Quickdraw (though that might be OP on enemies)

Yes, I feel this is worth considering.

Restrictions on defense / healing effects usually works in your favor. Some talents are completely removed from npc, some have soft caps / hard caps but basically it is done to make game easier not harder. When you remove restrictions this happens

Without restrictions evasive shots (assuming mob has both high evasion and this talent) could simply kill me because i had bad luck during rolls and would instantly kill all characters that are able to perform 10+ hits per attack.
Npc have way higher stats and do not really care about resources. On the other hand player has very limited resources and even minor boost to npc "effective hp" could make npc literally unkillable

Evasive shot is the thing that gunslingers have. You are talking about Intuitive Shot. Removing the once per turn limit on Intuitive would just be stupid.ZyZ wrote:Restrictions on defense / healing effects usually works in your favor. This is the tree with evasive shot: https://tometips.github.io/#talents/ste ... unslinging

ok It's basically the same skill but it also works on ranged attacks. Mobs can have 2 classes + race talents. There is a plenty of ways to make evasive shots broken.San0ix wrote: This is the tree with evasive shot: https://tometips.github.io/#talents/ste ... unslinging
Always think about the worst thing npc could do to you rather than what you could do to npc
Re: Remove "Once Per Turn" Restrictions (From Most Skills)
It's not at all the same thing... Evasive Shot only triggers when you have already evaded an attack - that is SIGNIFICANTLY worse than intuitive shot.ZyZ wrote:ok It's basically the same skill but it also works on ranged attacks. The reason I put that skill in parenthesis is because Gunslingers are already really strong
