Dearth stays dark post storm

Once the tempest event occurs, Dearth is a lot darker than it was before, but problem is it persists after killing Urkis and you are told the storm cloud is gone, with the whole area being noticeably considerably darker than it was in the early game.

Yeah, this issue has been around a long time but it would be nice to fix. It always seemed odd to me.

It's because all of all the villagers deaths, their spirit darkens the sky!
On the other hand: fixed!
