character dump: steam version & angband.oook.cz

1) is it possible to find char dump at my local files? I see my dupms there: http://te4.org/user/206517/characters, but can't find them at my computer (steam version)
2) is it possible to post my ToME 4 dumps at http://angband.oook.cz ?
