Poll: Deadliest Orc Pride
After chatting with some people ingame it seemed that there were several views about which Orc Pride was the most difficult/deadly/dangerous. Vote your choice and feel free to respond with reasons!
Re: Poll: Deadliest Orc Pride
Rak'shor is a joke if you have a good way of dealing with Bone Shield, since the enemies have low health. Dispersal gloves remove Bone Shield and Necrotic Aura making the boss a pushover, though if you don't find them then it's a little tricky without digging.
Gorbat enemies are tanky but do no damage. The boss is easy for people who don't care about Spine of the World or Spell Feedback, tricky for those who do.
Grushnak barracks are the hardest part of the Prides by far if you get a bad spawn so I vote it as the deadliest. The boss is a pushover thanks to Rod of Spydric Poison.
Vor has the hardest enemies and boss, especially if you don't have 100% stun resistance. Luckily they are all pretty squishy.

No option for Kruk Pride? I think they've shown themselves to be more dangerous than the other 4 prides combined. =p
Re: Poll: Deadliest Orc Pride
Heh.
Though as for the maj'eyal prides... s'kinda' weird. Grushnak is far and away the one most likely to kill you, but it's not, like. The levels themselves that do it, or the boss (honestly, I can't recall the last time I ever had any trouble with any of the pride bosses. The entry areas or those grouped up classed bunches, but the bosses themselves were kinda' eh). It's specifically those barracks levels, and the rest of the thing's kinda' ho-hum. After that'd be the arcane ones... I think in my experience the necro one is the more dangerous (if only because they're less likely to teleport away and let you recuperate), but the elemental one is vastly more annoying, since basically everything bounces around all the time.
The wilder one's definitely the easiest, pretty much all around. Even for arcane classes, heh. It'd be more deadly than the fighters if it weren't for those barracks levels, though.
So basically, I'd vote grushnak's barracks, then necro, elemental, wilder, grushnak's other levels, in descending likelihood of death.

Re: Poll: Deadliest Orc Pride
gorbat is gonna be the most dangerous one... on higher difficulties at least
this is because summoner's summons get really strong in nightmare+

Re: Poll: Deadliest Orc Pride
Orc Summoners aren't that bad since they're very easy to kite and they don't even use summons unless they're within five spaces of you. I'd say the Necromancers are way more annoying since their minions can surround and stun/disarm you, plus Blurred Mortality makes them tanky.
