Any way to acquire a missing Rod of Recall?

I'm tearing through the T2 dungeons now, but I've noticed I don't have a Rod of Recall!
I had to go through the alt sandworm lair backwards to escape, a major pain in the neck.
I don't dare enter Tempest Peak or Celia's crypt now, since I won't be able to get out.

This character is an Insane Doombringer, so either I managed to leave it in the Searing Halls, or...something. I dunno.
I don't suppose there's some sort of way to generate a new one?

there are no "legitimate" way to generate it.
i believe you can still get it, if you turn on the developer mode, although i have no idea how you use it.

the rod, as you probably know, is supposed to drop from the very first boss you slay.
dunno if rand bosses or uniques count.

Send save to stuntofthelitter and he should be able to fix it.
