[Embers 1.02] MinorDLC Infinite Load Character

If you have a DLC turned off, and attempted to use a pregenerated character that requires it, instead of erroring or canceling out, it goes into an infinite load loop that requires killing the game.

1)Create an Embers character.
2)Save and quit to main menu.
3)Disable Embers addon.
4)Attempt to preload character.

This was totally a mistake on my end, but hey it's probably non-idea that it goes infinite loop instead of 'hey I can't do that, for reasons :<reasons>'.

Yeah, the smartass answer is 'don't do that' =)

The better answer is "check the $addon is enabled when loading save which uses $addon and give a nice error message".
