One of my steam generator implants stopped working and now I am only getting half the steam regeneration that I should be getting. Yes I did check my sustains and debuffs and that is not the reason why.
One generator says it grants 9.1 steam per turn, the other grants 7.8 steam per turn, yet with no sustains active I'm getting 7.9 steam per turn.
Log file attached, zipped character save was too big to attach. Let me know if you need any more info.

I don't even know what that is, but I was using overcharge saws.
