Achievements in-game not showing

Not sure if this is the correct subforum to post this in, but for some reason my achievements aren't shown in the in-game achievements option of the menu.

For the past month or so I've been playing ToME offline, as I was traveling and did not have access to the internet. I got a few achievements during this time, unlocking talent trees/etc. Upon connecting back to the internet, steam updated all my achievements. I have provided screenshots which show me having 39 Steam achievements, as well as screenshot of them being achieved at 8:12 am on February 23rd, which is apparently when I connected back to the internet.

I bought the Embers of Rage dlc and didn't really attempt to play the game until a few minutes ago. After casting my first Flame as a lvl 1 archmage, it informed me that I had unlocked the pyromancer achievement in-game, showing I had done 3 million damage out of the 1 million required for this achievement. I opened the achievement list from the menu and it only shows the achievements I acquired before i started playing offline.

However, the Wildfire/Stone/Storm trees are still available for me to play, despite the in-game menu saying I haven't gotten the achievements. The new game screen also grants me all the birth options I had previously unlocked, despite not having achievements such as the one required for the Brawler, etc. It seems that my online Tome profile has been de-synced or something. Is there any way to fix this?
