[1.4.3] Oozewalk bug?

Looking at the source code, it seems to me that Oozewalk removes 2 debuffs ... or buffs! The wording on the talent makes it look like it should only apply to ddebuffs. It also probably explain why some people think it's bugged and only removes 1 debuff instead of what's on the tooltip. They probably lost a regen buff at the same time.
