I found an amusing bug.

I opened a certain door, got an achievement for being insane, then died after one step. The bug is that apparently that door should have given multiple warnings that opening it is A Bad Idea, but I only got the normal Vault message once before being horribly murdered by a horde of dragons.

Opening that door grants you the achievement
"Are you out of your mind?!"
Description "Caught the attention of overpowered greater multi-hued wyrms in Vor Armoury. Perhaps fleeing is in order"

You see 4 OP dragons in the middle of the room(plus something more). Fleeing is really in order. The achievement wasn't kidding.

I knew it was a bad idea before I did it (only because I found spoilers when I was looking for the location of the place without having Orc Lemmings interrupt my explorations) and found the whole thing hilarious. But if I didn't actually get spoiled my first clue would have been after the door was opened at which point I'd likely be dead anyways.

I'm only reporting it as a bug because apparently there should have been multiple (non generic) warnings.
