I wish to see one of those.
Daikara did not have them. Is there another place they might happen at?

EDIT: Hmmm. I returned to Daikara and I must have witnessed a meteoric crash. :/

It's totally random (either the cultist event or the meteor event can get it), but you do get a guaranteed chance later in Vor Pride as the boss has Meteoric Crash.
