WIP: Visionary class

I'm currently making this as an addon class, but since I need to create 40+ talents, most of which have original (and often complex) mechanics, it will probably take a while to finish and I wanted to get design feedback in the meantime.

It's mostly fleshed out, but please post your thoughts and suggestions here. The class is probably overpowered as currently planned, but I will tweak talents for balance after the addon is complete and I've had a chance to playtest it.

Looks fun! I'll definitely be leaping in to try when you get it working.

It would be nice if Altered State always applied at 100% to the mind's eye talents. just seems to make sense, yknow?

That's possible. I just needed to have something scale with talent levels. It would probably be ok to just scale the on-crit damage and make the damage conversion 100% at all levels. Maybe scale the duration too.
