[1.3.1] Dialogs with broken hotkeys

I'm trying to find all in-game dialogs where the hotkeys don't work correctly. For example, if there are options with "a", "b", "c"... next to them and it doesn't select the relevant option when you press that key, then please post the dialog name or other identifying info here. FYI, a "dialog" is a pop-up window in the game.

Issues I already know about:
Chronomancy talents (Contingency, Empower, Extension, Matrix, Quicken)
Inventory
Use Item dialog
Apprentice Task quest dialog for selecting an artifact

I'm hoping to fix these all at the same time and get it included in the next version.

EDIT: It looks like in certain dialogs, like the Apprentice Task artifact, the hotkeys only work if the mouse cursor is placed in the pane with the hotkeys listed. I'll look into whether this can be changed.
