Tweak to Doomed Deflection

Could we have the amount of damage that Deflection is ready to absorb show up on the icon like it does for other shield-type effects? Right now, you have to mouse over the icon and look at the number next to the talent name. Before I found this out on the wiki, I had no idea there was any way to check at all.

If it could show up in parentheses after the talent name on the tooltip that appears when you mouse over someone, that would be good too.

Doomed doesn't need tweaks. It needs changes.

Well, true, but that could take forever. I'm thinking that this could be easily fixed in the meantime, though.

I think this is a good idea, and Doomed needing changes has no relation to an interface improvement.
