Escort Selection Mod

I've heard rumors of a mod to select escorts, but had trouble finding it. Is it viable with the current game version, and if so where can I get it?

Hasn't been updated in a long time, but it looks like there are plenty of recent characters in the vault using it so it may still be compatible: http://te4.org/games/addons/tome/succor
