Prox's Lucky Halfling Foot

Why does this thing put a hotkey in my menu? It doesn't do anything when I click it. It looks like it automatically detects traps, and gives a chance to shake off physical conditions, so I don't control it.

To show you the cooldown.
My feedback meter decays into coding. Give me feedback and I make mods.

Thanks! In other words, the button is there, but I never click it. Instead, when the 25% chance triggers "to shrug off up to three stuns, pins and dazes each turn, with a 10 turn cooldown," I simply look at the button to view the cooldown. Is that it?

If so, is this the only item with a 'passive button,' or are there others?

Well, it probably isn't, but you can take vitality (passive with a cooldown) and put it on your bar and see the cooldown. Same for cauterize and ect.
A little bit of a starters guide written by yours truly here.

"look at the button to view the cooldown"

If you don't know the cool down it is very hard to plan around it. There are uber talents but they have a cool down.. so you can map them. If say Cauterize is on cool down its hard to aggro...

It is a meaningless button yet You want to know the cooldown. There are many skills which have a cool down. It is better to map them/ throw them on the talent bar.

Serious vs a tree like Vitallity.. that damn foot is better... like underrated good. If you want a physical or need a physical resist.. honestly its even bettter late game.

Better Edit: You can make build around the proc effects from the halfling foot.

Wow, folks, I had no idea you could put talents that are passively triggered on the talent bar. I thought the bar was just for talents where you choose when it fires off. That's a lot more informative if it works that way. I'll try it out!
