1.3.1 Valley of the Moons

Started the timer countdown for the quest. A grand total of 5 demons showed for the entirety. Not sure if it's a bug.

They are spawning, but for some reason they don't bother attacking.

They seemed rather underaggressive the last run I did too. Though they did attack for me. That was in 1.3.0 though.
