1.3: cannot undo point assignment

After a level up, I did the following
- unlock survival (I had 1 point in piercing site from an escort)
- add 1 point to heightened senses
- add 1 point (from 4 to 5) to Devouring Flame
When I then (without accepting these changes in between) try to take out the newly added point from Devouring Flame using the right mouse button, I get an error message:

Impossible: you cannot unlearn this talent because of talent(s): Piercing sight

Not really a serious error, since I can just cancel the whole update dialog ("no" to accept changes), but somewhat confusing.
