I often see damage numbers for Rethread pop up that are far too low to be correct.
On the initial target, I should be hitting for 115.24 with Rethread, but I instead often get numbers like 50 or even as low as 10. I double-checked resists, but all the targets it occurred on had no temporal resistance.
I am not sure what is causing these numbers, but I do wonder if the beam isn't hitting something in the terrain and what I think is the initial target ends up being treated as a target later in the chain (with the damage reduction coming into play).
