T4 Engine Wont Close on Linux

#1 Post by Boozermonkey »

Hello. This game will not close when running it on Linux (Debian Wheezy 64 bit). I always have to crash it or process kill it.

Are you quitting via the regular Exit Game button?
I'm running 64bit Ubuntu and never had stuff like that happen.

I'm running Debian testing 64 bits and don't see that. If you start it from an xterm, what messages do you get before it crashes?
I start it like this:

cd t-engine-1.2.5
./t-engine

to start it and then see

[ENGINE] Setting requested FPS to 15 (66 ms)
Server latency 21
[SOUND] loading from /data/sound/ui/subtle_button_sound.ogg :=: sound "/data/sound/ui/subtle_button_sound.ogg" : <static>
Using cached font /data/font/Salsa-Regular.ttf 10
Using cached font /data/font/Salsa-Regular.ttf 16

Webcore shutdown complete
SDL shutdown complete
OpenAL shutdown complete
Thanks for having fun!
