Need help with mods for TOME

Hello guys.

I'm pretty terrible with TE4 and LUA, yet I have skill in other programming languages.
I want to create mods for this game, and have my first idea in form of excel file

While I don't want someone to write everything for me, I really need help.
So if someone is free enough to help me, and patient enough to listen to me - feel free to write here or send me a PM
