Steps to reproduce:
1. Save up about 4 class talents, get the prerequisites for several within one category but do not activate any.
2. Go to a town
3. Get 1 level in each talent of the category
4. Close the window, click "yes" to save changes
5. Open the talent window, right click to unlearn lowest level talent
6. Close window, save changes
Result: talent tree requirement bypassed. bottom level talent of a category is unlearned while higher levels (that require lower levels to be learned) are still available.
