How do i use the Lua console to create items?

I've been searching everywhere and it doesn't seem posted.
I'm trying to spawn a crown of eternal night to test a build, so if anyone could help me with that, I'd be thrilled.
The debugmode doesn't seem to have it on its creation list either.

You can only create it while inside the Ancient Elven Ruins, which is why its not appearing in the list.
