uncontrollable character

Hi, from time to time my characters died because of strange UI behavior.
When I push move key or action key, action is then automaticly repeating until character finished dead without chance select another type of action.

I expreriencied same on SteamUI or without it.
I don't have idea why this occur and I would ask if anybody have same experience, and how could be solved related.
