[1.2.3] Centered Aetherbeam does 100% damage to self

Aetherbeam should only do 10% dmg to self when cast centered under yourself (and shouldn't silence).

When cast at the border of a map and under yourself, the beams that aim/hit outwards the map hit you for 10% damage AND 100% damage (and can silence).

I got with with 5 beams beams on cast (so 5x full dmg) which was instant death for me (while also beeing silenced).
