Considering multiple talents
Psionic/Projection:
All Auras
Psionic/"masteries":
The auras will always add their damage to every weapon hit, not just when wearing a weapon with "Beyond the Flesh" and not just for that specific weapon. This should only be the case with the Trascendenz of the specific auras/element groups, but apply everytime instead.
All Psionic Strikes
Psionic/"masteries":
Transcendent x:
The transcendence talents also reset the Augmented striking talents, not just the Abosorption, Projection, Focus and Voracity talents. This is not described in the tooltip.

Range/Radius
The following talents' range/radius scale with talent level, but the range does not increase on the level the tooltip indicates. Most of the times it's one level later (might be a rounding thing?):
Psionic/Focus:
Mindlash, Pyrokinesis, Brain Storm
Psionic/Voracity:
All auras (only max level)
Psionic/Kinetic mastery:
Kinetic Surge
Psionic/Thermal mastery:
Brainfreeze, Heatshift, Thermal balance
Psionic/Mobility:
Mindhook

Psionic/Focus:
Pyrokinesis
1. The tooltip for damage does not update with +%X Fire Damage. Neither the talent tooltip nor the debuff tooltip (altough damage is raised correctly).
2. It states that it ignites in a square but the visual effect is a cycle.
Psionic/Kinetic mastery:
Kinetic Surge
The descritpion says that "the range increases with both Mindpower and Strength" which is not true. The range improves with talent level.
Psionic/Charged mastery:
Transcentdent Elektrokinses
"Charged strike will have its secondary lightning/blind burst chain up up to 3 targets in a radius of 3" -> Charged strike does not blind.
Psionic/Finer energy manipulations:
Resonant Focus
Wearing a mindstar with "Beyond the Flesh" does not provide the Psi capacity bonus in the tooltip. It does not grant any psi at all. (Note: the psi bonus description is new in this patch. Before, this skill increased the normal mindstar pull effect instead.)
Wearing a weapon does not get better cunning scaling per talent level. Only better willpower scaling (at least I get no accuracy boost (not even +0) but still the damage boost.)

When using a weapon with "Beyond the Flesh" both Willpower and Cunning claim that they boost accuracy when leveling stats.
When using a gem with "Beyond the Flesh" the skill description says "+3 stats per tier" but the the total at the end shows +4 per tier. E.g. "your gem provides +8" with a tier 2 gem. The "+3" seems to be the right formula.
When using a mindstar with "Beyond the Flesh" the skill description says "+5% chance and 2 range for tier 1" but the the total at the end shows "10% chance and 3 range" for my tier 1 mindstar.

More mindslayer bugs/abuses:
1. Wearing a mindstar with "Beyond the Flesh" can apply Psiblade extra stat etc. bonus to the mindstar.
Reproduction: Wearing the mindstar in hand, activating psiblades, put mindstar into inventory from hand, wear with "Beyond the Flesh".
Note that the bonuses are not shown in inventory after you put it there, but again when wearing it with "Beyond the Flesh".
Also note, that the bonus does not apply when you put mindstar in "Beyond the Flesh"'s hand and you activate Psiblades after that. So with this 2 different behaviours I am not sure if the bonus should be there or not, which tells me there is some bug involved.
2. Removing all stun/daze/freeze effects with Psionic/Charged mastery:heartstart, without triggering cooldown.
Reproduction: When you distribute talent points, all talents deactivate and activate again without going on cooldown when you close the talent window. This triggers heartstarts removal of all stuns/daze/freezes (and it's buff) without removing the sustain.
Note that this is special for this talent and e.g. does not grant psionic shield from deactivating your psionic shields. Only heartstart got this abuse case.
3. Psionic/Kinetic mastery:Implode can target seen targets behind walls (without line of sight). This will apply the slow effect but not the damage.
4. Psionic/Thermal mastery:Brainfreeze can be cast on targets out of range. It does no damage but the brainlock still applies.
5. Psionic/Finer energy manipulations:Matter is Energy always throws a lua error on use and does not close the window. You can then use more gems with the same effect, though it does't provide anything but destroy them. The last gem used will cound for the buff.
6. Psionic/Kinetic mastery:Kinetic Surge can be targeted on self and then canceld. This can be repeated until you get the message that you will do a critical mental attack.

Can't really call these ones bugs but they really really don't seem to be supposed to be like this:

The 3 elemental skills require the other talents in the category to be known. All of the other mindslayer categories work differntly and this is unique for a mindslayer. All of the other categories which contain mixed elemental talents are build like this: Tier 1:Kinetic, Tier 2: Thermal, Tier 3: Charged, Tier 4: Something special. The Tier 4 talent always needs 3 talents in the category to be known but the other 3 just need a certain amount of stats / character level.
Psionic/Focus breaks with this uniqueness and therefore it very much seems unintentional.
