I have an encountered a bug where the text for my character being encumbered and then unencumbered is shown every turn. My character can move and otherwise act as normal. Cursory testing indicates that it relates to the "Cuirass of the Dark Lord" specifically and only occurs when my character's encumbrance level is in the orange. Equipping another armor will remove the bug. Increasing my encumbrance level, for example equipping the "Mighty Girdle," so that my encumbrance level is in the yellow will also remove the bug.
My character was a Thalore Reaver in the Grushnak Pride, if that helps.
