I noticed that the amount by which the archer's Aim talent reduces your firing speed increases with each additional point invested in it. Is this intentional? It seems like this would make Aim a terrible talent to invest more than a single point in, especially since you mostly gain fixed amounts of other stats in exchange.
Generally, talents with penalties either *reduce* the penalty with each additional point invested, or at least leave it as a constant.
