Does Spellcraft affect Earthen missiles?

Does Spellcraft affect Earthen missiles?

Basing on tooltip it probably doesn't, but I am not sure. If it doesn't, then is there some addon that gives some similar effect? Namely, that my badly procced missiles won't oneshot me If i move in the same direction.

Spellcraft doesn't affect projectiles generally. Its more against aoes.
