Bombardment does full damage

As pointed out by jayseese in the Ideas subforum, Bombardment shots always do 100% weapon damage regardless of talent level.

Curious - was definitely feeling like I was noticing a damage reduction at L1 on my clear. This was noticed in 1.2.2 or earlier? Still, good eye regardless.

...not entirely sure I mind, with the high Stam drain, but does make leveling it useless.
