Summons constitution not being factored in right?

I don't know how constitution works exactly regarding summons max hp, but I critical summoned a turtle with 235 constitution, and it only had 394 max hp. If it's anything like it is for characters and it's +4 hp per point of con.... That seems a bit off.

Another odd thing is that the critical increase of a ritch flamespitters willpower and cunning are 2 separate checks, but I don't know if that's a bug.
