psiblade + telekinetic grasp

hello there, reporting a small bug in the way psiblades and the mindslayer telekinetic grasp behave.

if psiblades is not on at the time you equip a mindstar in your 3rd slot then turning it on won't turn your 3rd mindstar into a psiblade.
but if psiblade is on when you equip the 3rd mindstar then it also turn into a psiblade.

don't know if this is how it was meant to be but anyway let's go to the last part : deactivating psiblade doesn't stop your 3rd mindstar from being a psiblade

i don't think any of this will have a huge impact and i've been told the code for mindstars is scary but i figured i might as well report it so here we are.
