Addon that makes class starting zones take precedence?

As the topic suggests, I'm wondering if there's an addon that makes class starting zones take precedence over racial starting zones. Does such a thing exist?

So something that allows Dwarf and Yeek to start in Angolwen or Point Zero?
Haven't heard of any.
