[1.1.5] Shantiz bug, 0 resource costs to abilities

Shantiz proc'd to destroy a fireflash and my characters abilities cost 0 resources.

I'm hoping someone knows how to fix this, I've been playing this Temporal Warden for almost 13 days. It's on Madness and I just made it to the armory, so don't want to abandon him.

I tried to find the cause in the save file, but have given up after an hour of no luck. The file is too big to attach, so I've uploaded it to google drive:

Figured out the problem btw, if anyone else has it. No idea what caused the problem or how, though.

Anyway, looked at his player file in the .teag and there was a "force_talent_ignore_resources = 1" somehow, changed it to it's rightful 0 and all is well.

Interesting followup note: Turns out that his guy was also bugged so that his flexible combat never procced. Took me a long time to search out and find the cause, because their is either a typo, or some crazy naming conventions going on. Specifically, this line was messed up:

d["unharmed_attack_on_hit"]=0

When it should have been 1 according to looking at working flexible combat files. But notice that it's unHarmed and not unarmed. Madness!
