Well, at least there is obvious inconsistency between assumed and actual way these work:

• A lot of talents (in particular infusions and Thaloren racials) are called "nature gifts", but they aren't affected by anything nature-related except being undead. Nature's Balance does not reset their cooldown no matter high "tier" talents it affects. Eye of Tiger does not work on them either. And yeek racials being psionic powers are simply pointless. Speaking of which, what are hight maximum tier on Nature's Balance for? Reaching them does nothing and only makes understanding of mechanic behind it more complicated.
• Sudden Growth does not trigger Wild Growth, the same goes for Waters of Life.
