There is no hope when trying to get access to the Misc selection when it comes to custom artifact making---be it clicked or hit Enter Key upon you shall never see those listings and the game goes completely to Not Responding mode and has to be X'ed out of.

think this was reported already, its when the game tries to figure out how to generate a non-arcane wand for an Antimagic character. Pretty much divided by 0 and imploded itself

This may indeed be the case it the character is/was an A-M Sollipsist.
