Umbraphage Cooldown Resets when "Lite" Radius Changes

Frustratingly, this all too often happens just as I open a door and find a bunch of deserving targets for the darkness cone.

The issue seems to be that Umbraphage takes itself off and then puts itself on again, so the CD for initially wearing the item is used.

A quick fix would be to save the old CD state and restore it after the unwear / wear actions happen.
