[1.04] artifact gloves without attack speed as brawler
As a brawler the artifact Wyrmbreath does not display an attack speed, I suspect because it's a custom item type. It should either have 80% attack speed as gauntlets or 60% speed as gloves.

In 1.0.5 they've got 80% attack speed.
