Where can I find a hummerhorn wing?

I have done every zone except for Grushnak Pride and the Dark Crypt in the Far East. (I even killed Mr. Sludge.)

I just didn't happen to find a hummerhorn to kill.

I have heard two ways to get around this. Can anyone confirm that (a) the ruined dungeon (if I hit the wrong orbs repeatedly) will eventually generate one, that (b) adventurers carry around alchemical ingredients, or that (c) a hummerhorn might appear in the farportal?

I won't do (b); it's a bit too dangerous. But I would certainly do (a) for ten minutes hoping to get lucky. And I find (c) generally to not be too dangerous, but I think the odds of generating an area with hummers is pretty low.

Really want that hummerhorn wing! Where, in general, are they found in the first place, just in case, e.g., I "skipped to the final level" and I can go back and do the earlier levels.

IIRC, A is true as well.
