Pretty much what the title says.
I figured a proper way to clear house with Linalil and did it, but I did not get the achievement 'Now this is impressive' from it. I was playing on normal+adventure mode. I think it might be because I revived with the Blood of Life and was on my final life.

The achievement was added in 1.05, not 1.04.
