Levelup while silenced turns off spell sustains

Spell sustains do not turn back on after exiting levelup screen while silenced. Maybe should disallow levelup while enemies are visible or while suffering from detrimental status effects?

I'm very surprised this bug has not been fixed before. I've sent a patch to fix the problem to DG.
