[1.0.4] Fearscape game-breaking bug (back and there again)

Ok, so I was playing with my Roguelike lvl 39 Summoner, and deceided to see what happened if I made differently choices when talking to Tannen. I will never make this mistake again, and I will always go to the Tower...

So what happened? I was wandering around Fearscape, killing monsters, when I saw an Imp, Draebor. I summoned drakes, then he phased nearby. Then, a few rounds later, he phased again... into an unreachable area (I can see him because of Track). I went on killing stuff, then started looking for an exit... and learned HE was the exit... Since the walls are undiggable and there is no way of reaching him, it's the end of the line.

If this area requires to kill him to get out, then it needs to be reworked; either:
- Make him unable to teleport
- Make him able to teleport where he has vision (much like dim. step)
- Make him continue to teleport even when he has no sight of enemies (he would eventually come out)
- Make the area so no space is unreachable
- Rework the whole map: it is really not a fun one, even without this kind of game-breaking bug, since it's so hard to move in it
- Add a portal tile instead of the kill condition
- DON'T make the walls diggable; anyone without a pickaxe would be stuck like this anyways

And there goes my most promising char yet...

EDIT: Managed to crash the game and start this area all over again. I guess I'll do that until I get lucky...
RE-EDIT:
2nd try: he teleported in yet another unreachable place (with the demon to the left of my screenshot)
3rd try: finally got him! Never again setting foot here, unless there is a major update to this area

Read the description of his boots. It's supposed to be a highly annoying area. Arguably the best fix would be to rework the code for that level's generation to ensure that no unreachable areas get created, while preserving the really irritating nature of the zone.

Or just remove undiggable walls from the zone.
