[1.0.4] NPC spellcasters AM disrupted

As the title say, it is common to find NPC (even bosses) or your own summons like liches generated with an AM disruption status.
It can completely ruin an NPC, remove its sustains and make him (too) easy to fight (or useless as a summon).
Probably NPC should never be generated with such an effect that is just absurd.
Either suppress generation of AM items for NPC casters or just remove the AM disruption effect for NPCs.
